After spending many years away from his home town, Kenton Baird, returned to his Woodward in 2009. He received his real estate license in 2010, and Northwest Real Estate was his first home, when Liz Foglesong brought him onto the team of that year. Kenton quickly immersed himself into learning this complex industry. In 2014, Kenton procured his Brokers license and in 2015 purchased Northwest Real Estate and moved the company to Williams Ave. In November of 2017, the office building at 1222 Main Street in Woodward was purchased and became the new home of Northwest Real Estate. Kenton and is member of the National Association of Realtors, Oklahoma Association of Realtors, and Northwest Oklahoma Association of Realtors, President of OnStage Woodward and the American Farm and Ranchers local board. He has served on the boards of the Woodward Chamber of Commerce, Tri-State Oil and Gas Convention, Woodward Arts and Theatre Council, and Red Carpet Country
